"I joined this gym in May of 2023 and three times they have charged me a late fee from my bank account. Every time there was plenty of money in my account so there is no way with my auto payments that the payments were late. I feel like I've been scammed multiple times and I can't even get out of the 1 year contract. Never going back! And as an update, I am still getting unanswered questions from membership services so no, the are not "handling it""
"Love this gym - it’s clean, they have great equipment, the staff is professional and I always feel comfortable there. The one time a piece of equipment was broken - by the next - day it was fixed. I’m working with a trainer twice a week and Skylar is fantastic. It’s been two months so far and I already noticed significant differences in terms of my strength and flexibility. It’s absolutely worth it. If you are teetering on trying it due to the cost, I promise you, you won’t regret giving them a chance to help you. Now a little about Skylar — she pushes me to be the best version of myself and to never give up. I’ve had multiple spine surgeries and when I started at the gym I couldn’t even squat fully because I was so tight and my core was so weak. Today I had my first unassisted squat!! Yay!! She’s incredibly professional, she knows her craft very well, she adjusts each training session to provide me additional challenges while being mindful of my medical history and ensuring I stay safe, she gives me things to work on on my time, she focuses on a full body strength approach which was incredibly important to me for my training, she’s energetic, always on time, and she’s just a lot of fun! I couldn’t be happier with Skylar and highly recommend her."
"Great gym, super friendly staff, classes, and trainers... Definitely not as clean as when we joined a few years ago, but it's an excellent place to take my kids for exercise in the winter time. They love the pool and indoor splash pad!"
