"My wife brought her CRV in to dons to have a rear end problem looked at. The technician told her that thier was nothing wrong in the rear, that it must be her front brakes. So they replaced the brakes and rotors. Sunday we pick the car up to see that someone left the sunroof open and left a black hand print on the shade. Needless to say since we live in pa it rained over the weekend and soaked the inside of the car. In top of the irrisponsible tech damaging the property, the rear end still is having the same issue. The funny part is, Dons auto just replaced the front brakes about 6 months ago and the rotors were fine then. They should have been, they inspected the car. So to continue, I call in to the auto shop to address the issues we are having and the owner or manager tells me he trusts his guys and they wouldnt have left the sun roof open or left a black grease hand print ob the roof shade. Then the man procedes to hang up on me. I will not be taking any vehicles back there. If you cant trust the tech to work on your car properly, you cant trust the business that backs them."
