"So I had too take my vehicle in for a recall of a sensor which required removing the passenger seat. Once vehicle was done, I was notified of this, upon notification the service clerk says, oh the lever too adjust the seat was found under the seat. Total fabrication, the lever was not broke, the tech, the service manager, and the store manager has lied through their teeth denying the inexperienced tech broke it. I have calls in too the owner of this company! If no satisfaction is gained there, I will be retaining and atty! Such shoddy underhanded workmanship will not be tolerated!"
