"Just another crook, a friend of mine was sold a house that I wouldn't appraise at 40,000 for twice that. The roof leaks water, doors weren't put on rite, all cupboards were new and already falling apart. Electrical box was out in the open with wires hanging out of the ceiling. I would not recommend using this company at all if you do make sure you hire your own inspector and check his list because there should have been a negotiation on price, or a move-in ready home at that price"
