"Driver shut down truck at fuel island in Gear on Saturady, the office called Grantsville to go get it aired up and reset so that it can start. Roadservice arrived and said that the transmission was not communicating with the ECM and that it needs to be towed to the dealer. $400 spent for Roadservice without any good outcome. The dealer was not open on the weekend and they were to tow it this morning. With the truck being off and driver leaving it alone and not trying it for over 24 hours the computer ended up resetting and going into Neutral. Started up as the tow truck arrived and still they insisted on getting paid for a call out although their service guy insisted on truck being towed on Saturday."
"I bought a used C-15 of them in December of ‘21. I paid them to put it in paid $8,000 for it and another 4 to install it. They had issues getting the engine to run so they ethered it. I got the truck back and within 700 miles it broke the rings on #6 cylinder. Then said they would make it right and 6 months later nothing was done at all. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL."
"FAN CLUTCH RADIATOR & fan clutch shroud supposedly fix by Grantsville Truck & Trailer Dave said he would stand behind his work prior to fixing ! Paid them $3400 ! Well only 4 days later the same issue now I'm stuck with a $4,034.27 bill and they're denying no wrong doing . Certified shop found poor craftsmanship. , faulty parts they used. Besides the staff there Dave is unprofessional, he denied any wrong doing whatsoever . I will see them in court. Save your self sometime , a local recommended me to them when I was stranded. Don't use them ! If I could give them 0 stars I would"
