"Things that you don't see much anymore. I wanted the tires I chose mounted and a four wheel alignment performed on my truck. When they told me my truck was ready I was surprised because it was a very short amount of time. I was told my truck was within factory specifications and didn't need aligned. To me that's honesty and integrity that you don't see much anymore. I'm 77 and it seems that kind of service was much more common years ago. My experience with Flynn tire in Kittanning was as it should be. Thank you. If they do all of their auto services as well as they do tires and alignment I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for auto services."

"I had a slow leak in one tire. Talked to the service advisor who told me they would check it out. That they did in a short time. Service was great, fast and friendly Thank You, you're staff gets a 10 rating +. Or 5 Stars."

"Had an appointment at 9:00 am Dropped off car and had several appointments to make. Returned at 1:25 pm and car wasn't done. No phone call and nothing explained except sorry had to pull it out didn't think you'd be in a hurry. Never got out of their until 1:49 and was 29 late for the safety meeting I had to prepare for my guys. No discount just a sorry. Mostly good but I'd give them a zero today if possible"

"Today December 4, 2023 BRIAN rectified the situation for me and my daughter. BRIAN was very respectful and professional towards us. BRIAN explained the issue in very understandable terms. BRIAN went above and beyond what I expected. BRIAN is an asset to Flynn‘s tire and he is an example what good customer service can be and should be. Maybe put BRIAN in your commercials too. I went in for 4 new tires with no tire pressure warning lights on and after spending almost $800 for the tires and one day later, the low tire pressure warning light came on. Checked the air pressure and it was fine but the light was still on. Called them and was told that this happens and it wasn’t their responsibility. Really? Along with that, going in to purchase the tires, the sales clerk Andrew gave me his bad attitude the minute I walked in and started talking to him (this is when I should have left the store) and he lied when I asked him to check something about my account. Maybe some training for him on how not to treat a customer. Sounds petty but I will never give Flynn’s tire another dime. Don’t believe the commercials on television. This won’t get posted on the website because it’s negative. Only positive ones are posted…"

"Excellent service. Was able to walk in on a Saturday morning and get 4 new tires installed, 2 brake pads and rotors changed out, and an oil change all in about 2 hours. Great customer service, and they kept me updated throughout the process."
