"I hate to write bad reviews. My battery died at 8:30 pm close to this Advance Auto Parts in New Kensington. A good Samaritan gave me a jump, and I immediately went to the store. Upon entry, I told them I needed a battery, and if they could put it in. The employee said it was too late. I was over 100 miles from home with a bad battery and no one to help. I got really upset when he got the manager, who said the same thing. He did offer to sell me a battery and tools. The Advance Auto stores I know install batteries they sell. What is with this store? I stormed out of the store, swearing. I have never received such treatment in Myrtle Beach, where I faithfully go to the 501 stores. But I guess people will be people. The next day, I went to Walmart in Weirton, WV, and bought a battery for half the price the guy in New Kensington would charge me. Sorry for the bad review, but I write these reviews so people know the truth."
