"This guy was absolutely awful! He actually blamed me for him falling and severely hurting his hip while he towed my car! He was an hour late to meet me. His shop opens at 10AM and he showed up at 11AM, even after he told me where to meet me and that “he would be there at 10.” When I called to see where he was at, he didn’t even know that it was 10 and said that he would be down. 15 minutes later I call he doesn’t answer. I called again 5 minutes later, no answer. I called again and he yelled at me and told me that he couldn’t walk and that he was on his way. When he finally shows up he blames me for not being able to walk then tells me that I need to learn how to park my car. He could not have been more of an unpleasant man if he tried. Worst experience I’ve had with probably anyone. This man is bizarre and untrustworthy and rude."
