Valvoline Instant Oil Change

"This location has poor service compared to the other locations. They let me sit in front of a bay that had a long service in front of me. I sat there for 30 min. I watched 3 other cars that came in after me, plus the two that where before me, get their oil changed. At other stores they direct people away from the long service. Nope they let me sit there. Didn't even come out to.explain. This manager does NOT know how to run his team. Jan 2nd 2024"

"Somehow I've had multiple bad experiences at this location on several occasions over the past couple of years. It always involves the same guy though, whenever the 20 something red haired guy isn't there it's an uneventful under 10 minute service. Happened again today for the last time I'll be going elsewhere from on."

"Hands down the BEST Intsant oil change around!! My husband is happy because I don't have him do it anymore, thats how much I trust this business to work on my expensive vehicle. They are fast, and efficient and do not try and sell extra stuff that isn't needed. I know that because my vehicle is equipped with the knowledge of what is due to expire or to not expire. I won't go anywhere else."

"Very personable. Change took a little longer than I thought as another car that came after me, left before I was done. They finished and I started driving home. No less than 1/2 mile later, there was the horrible sound of metal dragging on the ground. Unless you want your oil pan dragging on the ground, I do not recommend."

"After years of going here I experienced a Horror story from this place, they (the young blonde girl) broke the engine harness clamps when they pulled my air filter and never put them back or clipped them anywhere, just left to lay on my Catalytic converter hotplate so the next day when I was driving my car it melted through the engine harness conduit and shorted out. I smelled burning from the vents, Car shut off, my brand new $280 battery exploded, replaced that again, The engine harness was the worst of it, ford wanted $4500 to replace, thank God a good mechanic was able to replace the melted wire but I still had to buy a new battery, a new alternator and re-sync all the electrical in my car since all the navigation and digital instruments went blank. Called them back for weeks sent emails, went there in person no response, guess I was supposed to not have a car while waiting for the m to do the right thing, never got a dime back out of it, all out of pocket cost me nearly $3000. I don’t recommend this place. Save yourself a nightmare lost wages and your money! I have pics I took of the melted harness laying on the plate while. I was stranded as well but here’s a few"
