"Quality of the repairs was good for my Tesla. Looks like new. However it took too long for the repairs to be done even after parts were available. Communications from the shop could have been better. No timely response to emails/calls- just generic texts about "repairs being done". They are closed on Friday/weekend and it's hard to schedule even pick up on a working day when there is little communication. I would recommend them if you want to leave your vehicle and forget it for few weeks"

"Repairs were done super well. Indistinguishable from factory standards. After disassembly, it was determined that another part was needed. This did cause some delays but this was due to parts backordered from the vehicle manufacturer, not Mascari's fault. Communication could have been a little better... there were no clear channel for updates. I had to email/ call for any information. When I did reach out, I typically got a reply within a few hours. This was mostly fine but made it difficult to coordinate rental timing requirements and personal planning. Overall, fantastic work and great customer service. Would highly recommend!"
