"Updated 10-31-23: if youre in erie and looking for a mechanic do NOT go to Bronson's Auto Repair, i repeat do NOT go to them. they charged me over $1100 to pass inspection and didn't even give me a full proper inspection. I called with an issue with my rear tire when trying to put a spare on I found that they hadn't given me a full inspection. Upon taking it to Monroe auto, I found out my rear tires were over torqued, rear springs were shot, an axle seal needs replaced and, i needed brake pads in the front as well as caliper and rotor work in the front. My brake pads were separating from the backing, and to top it all off my parking brake doesn't work. They did replace my rear calipers and rotors and one brake pad(according to my receipt) and my muffler. I also did not get the oil change I requested with my inspection and the 12 socket in the rear was replaced but did not solve the intermittent power issue. I got my vehicle inspected in august there's no way all of that had gone wrong within 2 weeks of inspection. And finally I only received a call back regarding my issues after leaving a poor review my initial call regarding the issues conveniently was lost among messages for over a week."
