"Terrible terrible place...I went to them a few years ago for the first time and they over charged me a crazy amount and I said I would never go back. Fast forward to last week and they were the only people who had an available appointment ASAP for an inspection. I took it in and they estimated the work that needed to be done was over $1000 not including 4 new tires. (My truck had been sitting for almost a year so I already told them I knew it wasn't going to pass.) I took it to my friends at Sehmans (Franklin) to get a second look at what high octane was saying needed done and NOT ONE THING ON THEIR LIST NEEDED TO BE REPLACED!!!! Except for the tires which was obvious. High octane Said I needed a whole new exhaust when all I needed was a $14 clamp, said the ball joints were bad and it was only my wheel bearing that needed changed, said my emergency brake lines and hardware needed replaced and they were frozen... there was absolutely nothing wrong with them and a couple other things on the list but you guys get the point. DO NOT GO THERE, THEY ARE CROOKS!! - Samantha Pavao"
