"Wouldn't let me mail out an Amazon return despite the box being labeled and prepaid, taped, and ready to go. Told me I had to go a stand and the 10 customer long line even, with only 1 person working them, even though I didn't want a receipt. So you can't just drop off here? Like every other of the dozen UPS stores I've been in? That's very odd."
"The store owner would not listen to a horrible ordeal that I have gone through over the last week in trying to get a package that was attempted delivery. A UPS manager had my package routed to the White Oak UPS store. The owner told me that she didn't care anything about that. She said that she was notified of my package being sent to her. She told me that I was being charged a $5 per day storage fee on my package being sent to her address. I tried to explain my situation to her and she shut me down and would not listen to me. Instead, she said that I had two options: 1. Pay the $5 fee. 2. Have the package sent back to the sender. She was incredibly snarky with me and NOT customer friendly. She didn't attempt to provide any type of customer service/satisfaction. I am planning on reporting this entire ordeal to corporate. I already sent an email."
"I've been coming here for years doing amazin returns, and printing certificates. The certificates always come out sharp and beautiful, and the staff is always very friendly. I remember when I first moved here, the owner helped me get through to the big UPS to fix and address issue I had as well."
