"If I could give ZERO stars I would. Ppl BEWARE, THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER TAKEN MY CARS. this place was nice when Mike worked it but it has absolutely turned into a NIGHTMARE smeared with IGNORANCE, disrespect, and dirty looks all the way around. I took my dodge ram there as an insurance claim and was (unpleasantly) surprised to see not Mike behind the desk but a short blonde overweight rude and snappy person scarfing down her lunch with an office smelling of stink and farts. Turns out she runs it now and although I didn’t care for her negative attitude and uncaring nature… I continued on with the appt. I had waited a month to even drop the truck off. They didn’t even start working on repairs for weeks and never communicated any of that to me. The truck sat there so long the battery died and they demanded I pay for a replacement. They MISSED a HUGE amount of damage and what the did manage to fix was SHOTTY WORK. I ended up having to submit another claim and take it somewhere else so double the work for me and the stress they caused me was the worst of it. If I could go back in time and read a review like this I would NEVER TAKE ANYTHING TO THIS BUSINESS. I hate to say it Mike but it won’t be long before they run your business into the ground. Even though he’s retired…. Mike if you’re reading this…. I know you had to work really stinking hard to give that place a good rep and a good feeling where people came back and trusted you. These ppl are killing all of that. I hate to say it but I’ll never go back there. It was hands down the WORST IVE EVER BEEN TREATED BY A BUSINESS IN MY LIFE. so much more I could write but there’s no point…. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE."

"Awesome experience! My front sensors were all out of sorts, removed partial bumper, replaced and painted new sensor all within an hour. Thought I was gonna be wo a vehicle and nearly called off work, they got it done so quickly I was 45 minutes early for work! George and his crew were extremely friendly and fast! Highly recommended! A+++++"

"The only thing I ordered was onion petals, just a snack at 2:30 in the afternoon till get me through till dinner. The onion was so tough I could not shoot I had to spit it out. Never again"

"My heater has not been working so I stopped by during my lunch break to see if they could help. All I needed was coolant, and because I only had a debit card (which they don't accept) he filled the car up free of charge with the correct coolant I needed. He also gave me a lot of good information concerning my car and what may be causing the issues. Will definitely go back for future car maintenance and repair. Nice guy and good customer service."

"TERRIBLE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I called on Thursday and asked about getting a quote to fix my car. They said stop in so they could assess the damage, no appointment necessary. I stopped in within their business hours Thursday afternoon. The guy at the desk told me the one who quotes is not here and will not be back today - stop by tomorrow morning. 10 minute drive, so not that big a deal. I stop in the next morning, and the guy supposed to give the quote was extremely rude. He told me several times that I was wasting his time, and he was too busy to do this. His first problem was that there was no insurance estimate. I explained that I wanted to get an estimate to determine if I was going through the insurance. Then he asked for my owners card. After checking with the glove box and not finding it, I was unable to produce it. My wife (this is her car) had them in her purse from exchanging information the prior day with the other party in the accident. She did send me a picture of the owners card, and I was able to provide that to them if needed (Again, this was just for an estimate of the damage) The guy came back from inside the shop and I explained this and he responded with curses and again telling me he does not have time for this - and then attempts to get me in the office - at this point I left and went down pike st. Where 3 other auto bodies are, and had no issues getting quotes from anyone else. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, EXTREMELY RUDE, WILL NEVER GO BACK!"
