"We stayed in Cabin 6 . 5 out of 6 mattresses were stained with what looked like urine. The owners thought that fabric mattress covers were sufficient to use the beds!!!! It took us a day to clear the musty smell by using fabreeze and air fresheners. The carpets were filthy as well as the furniture. We had to buy duct tape to keep the screen on the door. Being aware of COVID hazards, we colorized all surfaces and found hair in the tubs from previous guests! The owners response to our concerns was” I’ll refund your money and you are welcome to leave.” Terrible customer service!"
