"Took car in for inspection and oil change, wife got a phone call saying it needed brakes, told them ok go ahead and do brakes no problem with that. Got phone call saying car was finished but you have a noise in rear differential estimate of $1100 Dollars to repair , did not agree to the repair took the car home checked differential myself nothing wrong with it, drained oil no chunks or discoloration of oil , they tried to rip her off for something that didn't need done. Will never go back to this place"

"We had a great experience when we purchased a new car battery from here. Unfortunately I CANNOT say we had the same experience with the brakes! If i could leave a NO star rating i would. The breaks had a vibrating sensation to them. My husband and I were told that this is COMMON and there is NOTHING they can and this is NORMAL until the breaks are "broken in". They wouldn't even consider looking at them to ensure they were fine and wouldn't put anything in writing. We finally went to a dealership and purchased new brakes. We were told that the break bolts weren't tight and the rotors and brakes were rusted. This place uses car quest brand brakes! They are 100% COMPLETE JUNK AND A SAFETY HAZARD."

"Cracked one of my wheels claims “it came in that way” when the cracks are equally spaced around the wheel from the jaws that hold it in place for tire removal. Tech clamped the wheel too hard."
