"Scheduled an appointment for 7:30pm, and she never showed up. The seller and I called multiple times and never received an answer or call back. She was also contacted by email; No response. The appointment was made about a week ahead of time. She confirmed the appointment. There was not one point during that week that me or the seller were contacted regarding any form of absence. So... we never made it to notarizing. Considering I scheduled on a recommendation, it’s definitely disappointing to experience this lack of professionalism in such a crucial time for both parties. but hey, at least there are good reviews too. Everyone can’t be 100% all the time, right?"

"I must say Kim is AWESOME. I have used her services for years now. I have transferred autos, trailers, rvs, trucks, motorcycles, campers, even out of state vehicles that I purchased, at her place of business. All I had to do was call to make sure she was there and not on the road with another client. I have also made appointments too. She has always been available and communication was on target. When she says 24 hour service, with an appointment, she means it. I transferred a motorcycle and a truck at 1am. Because the buyer lived over 2 hours away and worked until 10 pm. He couldn't believe the service at that hour. Also, The DMV made a mistake on my transfer of a truck I sold. Kim immediately got on the phone and took care of the situation for me. In my experience, she is definitely the one to go to for ANY notary service. She is beyond reasonably affordable, customer oriented, and prompt with her services. She goes way beyond my expectations. I will not go anywhere else for my title transfers or notary needs."
