"These guys are always trying to charge for boxes and labels for Amazon returns, I call Amazon and they refund me my purchases at the UPS because Amazon says it goes against there contract with UPS, just be aware they are trying to rip you off to make a buck! Amazon returns are free."

"First time at a UPS Store. Holiday rush season. Small line with some cranky customers. The staff was brilliant. Quick, friendly, helpful. Employee Brandon was very patient with me and got it all done very efficiently. Thank you all. I'll be back."

"I shipped a package as an Ebay provider and put fragile on the box, stating not to put the package flat, as the item might be broken. I paid for insurance on the item. The item arrived at the destination broken and when I attempted a refund, as I had paid for insurance, I was advised I would have to to through Ebay. Wow, what a racket. UPS isn't professional and relies on name-brand recognition rather than actual quality service. If people cannot read and follow directions, they need to find another job. An example of pass the incompetence on to another agency. I Wish Amazon would get into the delivery business and I hope they do. And by the way, I do not care to hear your lousy excuse; Don't bother to reply. From now on, I will use FedEx, and for those who want a package to arrive in one piece, I suggest you do as well. UPS is going downhill. I have had packages arrive at my home from UPS and items inside broken. The item I sent as an Ebay provider was beautiful rare, and my buyer was heartbroken. Somethings are difficult to replace. I had misgivings about using UPS and for good cause. SENDER BEWARE!"

"The only thing that would make this a better place would be that we aren’t waiting outside because it’s a short space for a line. It’s getting to be fall and winter and I am usually waiting outside to do my business with them. Otherwise I am very pleased with their service"

"Literally the worst UPS store I've ever been in, and I've been to outlets all over Ohio. I'm making eye contact with the poor UPS driver doing his pickup, there's a line a mile long with one employee slowly scanning someone's Amazon returns piece by piece, and two employees just standing around effectively doing nothing other than having a social hour and pretending to look busy. The driver looks at me sympathetically and I think if I'd asked the driver to wait he would have, but I didn't feel it was right to shout across the room. I get to the counter just as he's finally leaving and the employee tells me it will go out today only to be corrected by lazy employee 1 and 2, who inform me it will go out tomorrow. No one asked, do you still want to ship this out? Or sorry, he just left. Yes, the shipping deadline times are a rush. So why do you have only one person serving the counter? Is UPS paying people to stand around? I'm sure their manager would love to see the long line out the door and maximum effort on these ladies' parts to seem occupied without doing anything."
