"I was having issues with my battery in a 2019 Jeep renegade. So I went to this location to have it tested and it turned out that I was right and it did need replaced. So I decided to purchase the battery because they do have a free battery installation. I picked the battery that I wanted and was told that installation couldn't be done because some type of coding and or registration needed to be done between the battery and my vehicle's computer. I have never heard of anything like this before in my life. The person behind the counter then told me they do not have the tool to do so and that he had been requesting it for some time. He then told me that any garage will install the battery and code it for me. I then called another branch to see if they had to tool and could install it for me I was then told they have the tool but nobody was trained on how to use it. Frustrated I then waited until this morning to call my dealership and they said to stop by and they will take a look to find out what the gentleman meant when I purchased a battery. They then installed my battery at a $50 charge. This whole fiasco could have been avoided if the representative of your company knew that domestic vehicles don't need coded only foreign cars."

"I am from 3 hours away and my car broke down here. I needed a throttle control censor and Anthony did a great job of helping me figure out the part I needed as well as making me laugh during my visit. Hands down the best service I have ever experienced from a transaction. Thank you Anthony!"

"I stopped in to buy an AC recharge when I saw there were three maskless customers speaking with a salesperson who was not wearing his mask over his nose or mouth. There was one salesperson who was wearing his mask and one other customer who also was wearing a mask. I immediately left. I observed customer after customer enter without putting on a mask. Management needs to step up enforcement."

"Light bulbs went bad after 5 months..most expensive kind..I didnt have a receipt ,but they had my name on file and exact dates when I purchased. Could only exchange if I took old ones out right there. That's not a problem for me..exchanged them with the new in 5 mins. Great service."
