"Had a family member who is deaf Stephanie Bennett.take her car here for a tune up ,next day call to see if done they said the couldn't get it running,I said it was running what the heck is wrong just wanted a tune up ,So at this point there told we are coming to get it how much we owe you he says over 400 They asked what did you do for 400 he says changed plugs ,I swear he says well we thought there was a problem with the exhaust so we took it off and cleaned it are you freaking kidding me So long story short she didn't end up having the $400 so she had the sign the vehicle over to him Believe he said his name was Jimmy I wouldn't take my lawn mower to these guys Guess they figured she was deaf and wouldn't understand but she called us right away and told us what happened.I spoke to them personally myself.Anyone who takes advantage like that should be held accountable and you do know the Deaf person this happened it was a personal friend of your Steve and wife Cindy Bennett now you know smdh"
