All workers and customers had masks on and obeyed the social distancing. The shelves and coolers were sufficiently stocked so I was able to purchase everything I needed in one trip one store. "I have been trying to support the local businesses, but today, the clerk made an honest mistake and gave me the wrong pack of cigarettes. I returned immediately, the barely pubescent manager refused to allow an exchange quoting store policy; even though it was the cashier's mistake. The other people in the line joined in my conversation to explain to the kid that this wasn't my fault and therefore the policy shouldn't apply. His response was to open the book and read the policy to me. HORRIBLE Customer Service. Your mistake, my loss of money. I will never spend my money at this store again due to this experience. I would rather spend more on gas to go to a store that is reputable and won't penalize the customer for their mistakes. Perhaps if they start hiring store managers that have been out of high school for more than 2 years, they would have better understanding of business, inventory, and policy application. I know it took me quite a few years to learn everything... Guess they don't want to just sell cheap products but cheap service with crappy managers."
