"I have been patronizing Johns business since I moved to the area about 3 years ago. I own 3 dogs in a carpeted home. I used to always just go through the cycle of buying a target/best-buy vacuum and getting a new one when they inevitably broke a few months later. Vacman and Bobbin introduced me to high grade and more efficient German manufactured vacuums and I purchased a Sebo. Although the cost is what 3-4 cheaper vacuums may have run that unit has been running as strong as ever 3 years later and the store also offers free annual service which is usually not even necessary for a quality machine. I love the vacuum and the power in it has ruined all other vacuums for me. My older house had a built in central vacuum with one of those 40-50' flexible hoses that took up a whole closet and felt like a chore to use. I recently took the plunge of buying a central vacuum and installation from John since the industry now has the amazing retractable hidden hoses that make vacuuming almost fun. John was able to install this in a timely and professional manner in a house that was not built for this and was absolutely a retrofit. Despite that he mapped it out efficiently and the system is a beast. There is nothing like finishing your vacuuming and the hose sucking itself into the wall. I have nothing but good things to say about the store and its owner who is clearly passionate about his industry and very knowledgeable. I never thought Vacuums would be one of those things that a specialized store would need but the difference between these products and what you buy on the shelf are truly night and day. Bonus points if you like dogs because the store dog is just ridiculously fun."

"left a vacuum with deposit of $25 - I was told a simple fix for a total of $45 - got a text just now - they can't fix it - no parts available - I was asked do you want me to throw this away - Yes. ok, well can i bring you a different vacuum will i have to Pay $25 for the next one - Yes i was told - so basically i was charged $25 to throw my vacuum cleaner away - probably looked at it for 2 sec - only needed a belt - - I should have been told when left off that the parts were no longer available or the $25 fee should have transferred to the next vacuum - A RIP OFF"
