"Every verbal interaction has been them acting extremely rude and confrontational. Had an appt made over a month in advance to have snow plow mount put on. Showed up at 6:30am like requested to be told that the appt was no longer happening. When trying to discuss how and when it would be done got absolutely nothing. Theyre not worth my time or my $2600."
"No customer communication. 5 weeks for appt - only to be told AFTER truck was brought to them, no idea when it would be done. Luckily Concord dealership with Western plows took care of us quickly."
"Bought a new plow from these guys in March. It was improperly installed, came off and damaged my truck. They didn’t return phone calls so it took three visits and two months to get my truck fixed. I also asked them to research and order parts for my old plow. Based on their research I ordered the parts. When they came in they were wrong, and they charged me 10% of the cost for restocking. $80 out of my pocket for their mistake. Will NEVER do business with them or recommend them again. I thought they were reputable having used them when I was a Public Works Director, but after this,experience I encourage small contractors and Towns to beware!"
