"Shoutout to the awful staff at the plattsburgh location, not only did it take two weeks if multiple phone calls and messages to get the diabetic supplies I need to live they also completely ignored my wife who was in a car accident and had a grand mal seizure a day later, nearly taking her life. The Dr was very rude and was "confused" why my wife was there. I don't know, maybe because the ER said she needed immediate follow up and a referral to a neurologist. My wife had to argue with the Dr for a referral and left feeling worse than she went the. Oh, and this was after being told it would take two weeks to be seen and the receptionist tried to talk her out of the appointment. 0/10 would not recommend this place to my worst enemy"

"Treat you like an inconvenience and the staff is so rude and ableist. Have to fight to gets meds and weeks for a post hospital visit. Staff has regularly been ableist and rude to basic hurdles. No clue if they are even acceptable care because you have so much miserable people to deal with to get to the room to begin with."

"Do not go there, please. The nurse Practitioner dawn will Tell you are a liar to your face even though you've got proof otherwise she will not help you And you will be left in extreme pain. Please avoid at all costs I am now seeing a different practice."

"I absolutely love this place. I have the most amazing provider. She listens to me fully. She is very open minded and doesn't act like you don't know your body. She is right on top of getting back to you if you send a message through the portal. She always funny, personable, professional and she never rushes you out the door. I wish I would have found my primary so much sooner. I was nervous to go here because I have had little to no luck with people listening when it comes to thyroid or your metabolic disorder. They kinda all use generic answers not her. She is phenomenal. If you need great care go to this place."

"Wait time isn't too horrible. Most, if not majority of the receptionist's need a major attitude adjustment. They're unprofessional in my opinion just from prior experience in person at check in and on the phone. My child's doctor is nice but can sometimes disregard some concerns I have and can give the feeling of shaming my parenting skills. Booking out appointments needs a bit improvement but given there's a shortage of offices around this area, I guess it's not horrible. However, sick appointments should be able to get seen quicker instead of late evening appointments. It's super inconvenient. Especially for children and parents who work."
