Their skin line is aweful...The Dr. Is suppose to help get rid of your lines with botox, and instead she made mine worse and more of them. I would strongly suggest you find another line of work. "I was a good two-year customer at this place, never missed an appointment, was never late for one. I had an appointment scheduled this week on Tuesday, but I had a car situation so I called on Monday to reschedule the appointment for Friday. I left a message since nobody answered the phone. On Tuesday I called the office since I had not heard back from them, and I spoke to Samantha. She re-scheduled me for Friday. At 4 pm on Tuesday she leaves a message on my office phone letting me know I was going to be charged $50 for not cancelling the appointment 24 hours in advance. I called back and cancelled the appointment for Friday due to this unfair charge. I called this morning and was told by Samantha that they are not going to charge the unfair "penalty", but that I could not make any more appointments since I am cancelling again. I tried to speak to the office manager, but she was too busy to talk to a good customer that was being unfairly treated. I would never go back to this place or recommend it to anyone, unless you want to be treated like a second class citizen."
