"I ordered a personalized USA World Cup T on 11/16. It arrived on 11/21. The online site is easy to use and the customer service is first class. The only thing better was the T-shirt. Well made, soft, and exceedingly comfortable. Solid Threads is a great place for Holiday gifts and stocking stuffers."

"Love Solid Threads. I've worked with them on a number of occasions to provide merch for my company. I was impressed with their vision and ability to create something on brand that worked really well with my user base. I had ordered from others in the past and always had issues. Their process was smooth and effective and pain free. One order I asked for with limited turn around as I found out last minute that vendors were required to arrive at the festival days before the actual event. The owner was understanding and must have worked through the night to get it done. So grateful."

"I wish that I could leave fewer than one star. I made a deal with the owner of Solid Threads for a short run of t-shirts on a really tight schedule. I was quoted a price and promised the draft of the design work by the end of the weekend. Sunday came, but no call, no e-mail, no art. Then on Monday I received a message from the owner telling me that he decided to go buy a boat and that's why he didn't get the art proofs done in time...oh, and he raised the price from what had been agreed upon. If you need pro work done in a short amount of time and expect professionalism, look elsewhere."
