"Was sent by pcp to have Stat CT scan, waited 2 1/2 hrs. The registrars and most of the staff were cold, miserable, showed no compassion or empathy. The only 2 nice people were the doctor and the girl who picked my sister up for her CT scan Maybe they hate their jobs and people, if so time for a new career. People are scared and unsure and they didn't make the experience better Also my sister is unable to answer most questions and they wouldn't let me in with her. I have all her medical info"

"Disgusting and the absolute worse service you can ever get. Go anywhere but here. Waited in the waiting room over 8 hours to see the nurse twice and the doctor one time. No privacy at all. This place is a joke, I decided to walk out. They don’t care about there patients health. If I could I would rate them a -10."

"Waited for over 5 hours and haven’t seen the shadow of the doctor. I totally understand that Nurses and Doctors are overwhelmed and under a lot of stress, but letting patients sitting barren to rot is not acceptable. This review is not aimed towards the respondents as they are quite nice, but towards the higher ups managing this hospital that are cutting staffs short and leaving people who need emergency care who are in turmoil, pain, and agony waiting for hours after hours and hours. Honestly, unless you’re head is gushing out blood with a knife inserted or been hit 30 times with a semi automatic, drive to the nearest other hospital."

"My wife was taken to the emergency room at 2am Saturday morning. The attention and service we received was outstanding, especially when you consider that her issue was thank God not life threatening. There was no waiting at all. She got a room immediately and I was able to be in there with her. All of the staff we interacted with were very personable, sympathetic and caring. We were especially impressed with Dr Bombard who spent significant time with us to diagnose and explain the test results and her conclusions. Tests were taken almost immediately and results came back very quickly. All told we were in and out in about 4 hours which was great considering all the tests. I can’t emphasize enough how nice the staff."

"I give all staff members 100 stars for being willing to work under such conditions. Staff is in such short supply and there were no beds for the patients, that nurses and doctors were literally treating patients in the ER waiting room! Fast track was opened up for extra beds as well. That said... Every single staff member I encountered was amazing! From the paramedic student who inserted my IV like a pro, to the nurses who cared for me and even transported me to cat scan, the female PA (wish I could remember her name), the ER doc, Dr. Ship, my surgeon, Dr. Mark and an entire OR team that either stayed late or came in on call. Absolutely wonderful care. Very thorough and as much chaos that was going on, they were still smiling and not complaining. As an RN myself, there's no way I could do it. They are unable to efficiently handle the influx of patients due to being understaffed but they are there doing it anyway. They didn't quit and I commend and thank every single one of them for the job that they do. Caring for people is not an easy job, but when you have so many patients and not enough staff, everyone suffers. My only hope is that they know they are appreciated and needed. Thank you for caring for me under some really unfortunate circumstances that are beyond the staff control."
