"Frequently won’t deliver packages to our home. We have asked why and made changed what we have been told is the problem. Literally park on our lawn to accommodate. Mark packages as undeliverable before even heading out for the day. Clearly don’t even try or assess the situation before marking as undeliverable. Unfriendly staff when I have to go in the pick up said packages."
