He took time to work with us on choosing the style, measured carefully and was so patient with our many questions. After much research, Brian opted against ordering the pillars as they would be shipped from across the country at a high rate and was worried what we would do if there was any sort of damange in transit. Instead, Brian purchased the materials and built them in our garage. After a few days of labor, the end result was outstanding! He communicates clearly and often and his rates are very reasonable. In this somewhat post-COVID, he was very respectful of my space and offered to wear a mask for my comfort.
