"tried for two days to get a hold of them. Did not get a call back from Paul finally reached him asked for a extra stop, and he had a temper tantrum on the phone about how busy he was. will not do business with this person they are not to be trusted nor do they understand simple customer service. Why you get angry at a prospect who is simply asking a question?"
"Getting someone to answer the phone or return a phone call was next to impossible. It took me three weeks to get someone on the phone to book my reservation, calling different days at different times, leaving messages, never got a callback. I used the request form on the website, never got a response. Email bounced back. When I booked they charged me $150 deposit and never sent me a receipt or contract. I called and left messages requesting the paperwork and never got anything or a response. I had even requested it at the time of booking and was told by the man he’d send it. Never did. I had to cancel my event and was told they’re keeping my deposit. I don’t even know the refund policy because I never got a contract, but considering I never signed anything and I cancelled more than a month in advance, I’m never going to feel right about that. I also had to call multiple times over a two week period to cancel it, left messages constantly and again the email bounced back as not working."
"We contacted Paul with relatively short notice for an airport pickup from Albany and it was a great experience. He arranged it for us quickly, and the driver Tony was wonderful. Friendly, safe driver, and punctual. Would absolutely use them again!"
"I would highly recommend using Paul and Icehouse Limousine. Paul fit our group of 9 friends into his jam packed schedule even though we needed about an hour long ride from Killington to Castleton. He showed up right on time and was very patient waiting for all of our group to come out to the van. Paul was very kind and friendly and his prices were unbeatable. We did not experience anything similar to some of the other reviews. Thank you Paul!!!"
"My group had a great experience using ice house. They were slammed and Paul went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and able to get home safely after a night out. Nothing similar to any of the negative reviews, 10/10 experience"
