"When our car broke down in a town north of Rutland and had to be towed, we found ourselves stranded round 8:30 at night with no way to get back to our motel in Brandon. We found Kemps on our 4th try with local cabs. He arrived within 15 minutes, rates very reasonable, and super nice guy. Though he was busy, he fit us in when our car was finally fixed a couple days later, so we could get back to town to pick up the car."
"Kemps picked us up at the airport in Rutland and the car was filthy. We made a reservation for him to pick us up in 2 days for our return flight. He did not show up and sent a text (when he was due to pick us up) saying that he went to bed at 3AM and overslept. We missed our flights."
