"I spent $100 on their "famous" hand dipped timer taper candles. I bought some for myself and some for my mom. My mom got hers and immediately used them. She noticed the timer feature was not working on over half of them. She figured it might be defective batteries. She changed them out 3 different times with no luck. I wait until late fall to put my candles in the windows.. However, I took mine and tried them as well. I had the same exact issue. The timers didnt work. The candles would stay on... The "flames" would dim down constantly. I reached out to the owner and was meant with a very rude and nasty attitude. She was very defensive saying sje has sold 1,000's of these and never had"one defective" one so was confused. She offered no solutions or apology. She sent me their "return policy" which says you have 3 days to send it back after you receive your package in the mail. We didnt even try them by that time! Plus they charged a 15% restocking fee and you pay the shipping. I told her I no longer had the candles. I reached out to PayPal for assistance and of course she said to send them back for a refund when she knew I no longer had them in my possession. For a small business I would say she has one of the worst customer service skills I have ever experienced."
