BMI Supply

"Coordinating the University at Albany's Commencement (+3,500 graduates plus 28,000 guests over 4 days of events) requires a wide range of support from many vendors – I’m glad for the help of Matt and the folks at BMI Supply who came through for us on a very unique project that was delivered on time and within budget. Our campus Theatre Department’s Scene Shop designed a custom ‘Alumni Magazine’ photo booth (that graduates to stand inside for a photo) and BMI Supply helped by providing the custom sewn drapery and other specialized parts needed to make the booth a reality. (In 2022 we produced the first photo booths that were a great success - thus only natural that we turn to BMI for help to make a third photo booth in 2023.) It was a custom build, so some issues arose and Matt was very responsive throughout the process. The response to these custom photo booths was tremendous: they really added a fun interactive element for our graduates – everyone loved taking a picture of their graduate ‘on the cover of the Alumni Magazine’! End result: I would highly recommend working with Matt to find solutions to any unique project you're dreaming up for your next event!"
