The 1st was when our oil provider couldn't provide the repair, Rodney arrive shortly afterwards and quickly & professionally solved the problem for a very reasonable fee. 2nd call was for a broken transformer. He was in the area, and had it repaired in an 1/2 hour, and the charge for the transformer was just about what I would have paid for it at home depot. Really appreciate when a repairman doesn't double the cost for parts! True professional, honest individual."
