"I think that propane is propane, no matter where you buy it from. The important thing to remember about Dear River Company is the quality of the staff that services you. Starting with the office staff who actually know how to answer a phone call and make you feel immediately at home and that, at that moment, you are their only concern. the office staff listen to what your needs are and actually help you to resolve your issue. The delivery of goods and services is second to none. The delivery personnel are steller and extremely hard working. They don't even object if you watch them deliver and chat with them while they fill your tank. I also like that Dead River will send an inspection team to look over your tank and controls on a periodic schedule at no charge.We have a 1/2 mile, up hill driveway, which in the winter can be a cause for concern. Dead River always calls us a day ahead of the delivery so we have time to have the driveway sanded if need be. My only concern related to winter deliveries is that they do not have all wheel/4 wheel drive delivery trucks. But so far, knock on wood, it hasen't been a major problem."
