"Where do I start…. Customer service: veryyyyy unprofessional and rudeee…. They all need to be fired or retrained… because even in simple matters then give an attitude as tho they don’t get paid at all…. Bus service/drivers: they were pleasant but late…. My 1st time using there service from Montreal-Boston & back… they canceled my departure from Montreal about 12hrs b4 my trip atleast they emailed to inform me but I was irritated with the reps, really rude even tho I was calm and only asked that they rescheduled me on the other bus for that night, same route… they did, hung up & after 30 mins, I received another email saying trip canceled againnnn, no explanations for any of cancellations…. I had to call again and requested the next day travel…. I only give 3 stars bcuz d driver’s were really nice but d overall company sucks…. My return trip was another episode, everyone is waiting on bus to leave at 23:50… no bus…it’s already after midnight and no bus we contacted customer service for an update, they are telling us, that d bus already left for the time & nothing they can do & disconnected the calls and chats… how can d bus leave when everyone for the bus is still at the station waiting for the bus? 15min after customer service rudely hung up on us(young lady who called had them on speakerphone) the bus came… driver said he don’t know why csd saying he already left… The price is cheap but if u have urgent plans avoid booking greyhound bcuz most likely u might encounter cancellation or delays & most of the CS reps are not professional"
"Fried chicken (bone-in) kinda funky. The company who sends it injects it orange. Flavor or juice?! Not the worst I've had, but not Mom's or my sister Joyce's.I miss them both daily."
