"Web site is awful, tried 4 locations, confirmed a car only to be called back and told none are available. Had to go an hour out of the way. Actual customer service at the location that actually had a car ( not the class I wanted, just settled for what was there.) was acceptable. For a company this large, they should have better web technology or a knowledgeable corporate database."
"My car was in the shop for over 3 months and so I had to rent a car several times. Enterprise in Montpelier was so friendly, and helpful,and always answered the phone when I called with questions. After I dropped off the rental, Nate drove me home. Later I realized that I had left several chocolate bars in the back seat....and he drove back and returned them to me! Thanks, Nate and to all the others working so hard every day. K. Pierce"
"I’m a travel nurse and this is the place my company used to supply my rental car. They were great. It’s close to the medical center so convenient for them to pick you up. I was working at home health in the winter. Enterprise gave me a Toyota Forerunner. Man it was awesome on the snowy icy roads of the rural areas. That car was a trooper. This is a review in favor of Forerunner too!"
"Horrible experience at this location. Reserved a car, showed up with my ID, credit card, geico app, my business license, contractors insurance bill and I am in the system as a previous renter (Just 6 weeks before this) but was still denied. I cost me a $250.00 concert ticket that I was not able to go see. If I could give this location zero stars or -5 stars I absolutely would...."
"We had to swap our SUV for large car to drive to Montreal for a short visit. Eli and Alyson were very helpful in getting this done. Alyson arranged it over the phone and Eli provided excellent in-person customer service. I highly recommend this branch of Enterprise Rent-A-Car for your rental car needs."
