"I inherited an old phonograph that needed some maintenance. It worked, but needed some repairs. Working on these is a dying art, but Rod and Ray are truly artists. Communication back and forth was excellent. My phonograph is an off brand model, but that didn't matter. They cleaned the motor, adjusted weights, replaced the original springs, and rebuilt the reproducer. I received everything back quickly and in prestine condition. It sounds and operates like it's brand new, and will last another 100 years. Now I can enjoy it like my great grandparents did. Very highly recommended. Thank you"

"I was looking for phonogram parts and found 3 places in the US (I am in Canada). One place was not operating during covid so I contacted the other two. The first place gave me a bad vibe - he was responsive but unprofessional in his manner, and I had to go back and forth in correspondence several times before I could get the information I needed. Not only that, he was willing to cheat on duties if I pretended it was personal mail. If I needed an exchange or refund I was not sure he would deal with it lawfully. In the end I paid a few dollars more by purchasing from Victrola Repair Services, but it was the worth the peace of mind. Our email correspondence was quick as he gave me the information I needed and he was extremely helpful and friendly over the phone. I received my parcel in satisfactory time."
