"Apartments have gone down hill in the last 6 years. People smoke in their apartments which causes it to smell in other places. This use to be for the elderly but is now for anyone. Tv sucks bc the wiring hasn't been changes since the 50s or 60s. Won't fix things that need fixing in the apartments. When people move out they don't clean they just paint and add more carpet to the already existing carpet. Would not recommend to anyone"
