"Seems to be that I'm not the only customer that feels that the management employees at this establishment... Do not coordinate themselves with professionalism and courtesy towards customers... I was harassed being accused of stealing a cheeseburger, then when requested to speak to district manager.. mid-forties man in glasses was presented as being so thus had no regard of apology towards my situation of harassment. And frankly was not any good customer experience. Not to mention he defamed my character himself... I honestly feel that myself and others may need to take legal action...."
"I'm sure this is a nice store but my complaint is about the guy that is in there around 5. This man is incredibly rude. I watched the lady in front of me painstakingly lay out exact change he grabbed it wadded it up and began counting in an odd way. Anytime I ask him for something behind the counter he gets mad and huffs and doesn't even listen to you when you ask him for the product. I'm surprised that a company would employ a person that rude and continue to allow it to happen. I don't know what this store thinks is good customer service but just understand before you go in you will be disrespected by this man"
"Horrible experience! We stopped there to fill up the car and buy some alcohol on our trip back to Canada. They asked us our IDs, which is fine, but refused to sell us alcohol when we showed up our canadian passports! This is the first time of my life my canadian passport is not recognized. This is absolutely RACISM! We talked to the « manager », Chris, a very rude boy, and he said this is a company policy…"
