"Waste of time. Waiting 2 weeks for a sales rep to come to our house to measure our fireplace after that waited an additional 4 weeks for the product they order off their measurements to arrive only to find that it was not only the wrong type and size and that neither the insert nor the liners would fit. Call to make the situation right and was told that they don't carry any products that would work for our fireplace. This information should've and easily could've been communicated up front if they were honest and properly educated. Beyond frustrated, would recommend spending your time and money elsewhere."
