"I've been going here for a few years and Dr Kandora and the rest of the care team have been great to work with. Dr Kandora is extremely attentive to any and all symptoms you may be experiencing and always leans towards extra caution and testing instead of being dismissive. He referred me to a surgeon who performed ulnar release surgery on both of my elbows which greatly improved my day to day life, and he makes sure my prescriptions are treating all issues I deal with without negative side effects. The nurses and reception staff are all very warm and kind and I always feel genuinely welcome when I come here. If you are in need of a long term care Doctor, I can't recommend him and his team more."

"The Drs office has moved every appointment so far this year, today I had a appointment but did not go because usps informed me this letter was coming in the mail when I opened it it stated my appointment has been moved again until august 17th , Rude and unprofesional no longer going to bother with them. Also if you do manage to get a appointment better plan on being there a few hours.."

"My appointment was for 2:30pm. Called in to room at 2:40pm and vitals were taken. PA left at 2:50pm. Dr did not come in until 3:30pm. Only one other patient in the place. Ridiculous"

"I recently moved here so I'm not familiar with the area and went to the wrong location. I called and told them I was going to be 15 minutes late. Woman said no problem. I got there and filled out all information and was told that they could not find any records of me, so I would have to reschedule for February. When I made my appointment they did have a record. I have very high blood pressure and need to be on medication for it. It already took a long time to make my first appointment. Basically it felt like I don't have time for you, you were late and now you are being punished. When I got home I made a phone call and was able to get my records online through my drs. Portal took 5 minutes. Good job Mary if you want to refute this complaint look for me in your records.. if you can find it."
