"It appears that they are double billing. The doctor care was excellent but billing is a nightmare. I was treated for an injury and gave Medicare and Insurance info at that time. 2 full years later I get sent to collection after not ever receiving any bills AT ALL. It took many calls to get any kind of response and finally was told that my claim was denied. Since it wasn't that much I paid the bill but later found out that Medicare and Blue Cross had paid them already. Good care but they rip you off."

"My experience was much like many others in these reviews. I went to the Medical Center to be tested for Covid and had a scheduled appointment. I was made to wait over an hour and a half. When i was finally seen, Dr Sterling informed me that i needed a flu test as well to rule out that possibility. Unfortunately, i agreed. Now, over a year later, i am suddenly receiving daily emails and texts to pay a $650 bill. Its frustrating to think that this place is ordering unnecessary tests and charging exorbitant prices to make money off of worried or sick patients. This place is unorganized, uncommunicative and not worth the high prices and bad service."

"Unbelievable!! I went for Covid PCR testing for myself and my daughter during the pandemic, was told there was no charge, it would be covered by me insurance.. I have very good insurance, it covered Covid testing, I had plenty of tests done when required during Covid, it was always covered or there was a small co-pay. A year and a half after the visit I get a surprise bill for $350 each for the test!!!!. What the heck? I tried to call many times to speak to someone at Manchester Medical about this to get it corrected. No one answers, the answering machine only directs you to leave a message. I called my insurance company and they told me Manchester Medical submitted the claim incorrectly. But there is no way for me to get in touch with anyone at Manchester Medical to get this corrected. I’m not paying $700 for tests that are covered by insurance, it’s absurd. Now they sent my bills to collection. Sorry, definitely cannot recommend this place."

"Dr. Sterling is setting new standards for urgent care. He listens carefully and demonstrates an attention to detail by ordering appropriate tests and asking relevant questions. Do not be disappointed when he refers you and your test results to your primary care doctor. My outstanding primary care doctor is booking appointments 2 months from now. With an acute shortage of primary care doctors in Vermont and beyond, I am grateful to have access to this excellent urgent care facility for "no brainer" medical issues. My advice is to be actively involved in your health care - read relevant articles, invest in locally sourced, farm raised food to the extent you can afford it (budget accordingly), and get outside for walks and/or bicycle rides."

"We took my 2 year old daughter here when she got something stuck up her nose while on vacation. We called while on our way and they were waiting for us with lollipop, stickers, and a puppy—an actual real live puppy. They were incredible with my daughter, explained everything to us, and ultimately got her nose cleared pretty painlessly. The office was clean and everyone who works there was kind and competent. Can’t thank them enough!"
