"They definitely don’t take infants seriously. My son had a 105 fever and they completely brushed it off… didn’t even want him to seek medical attention…turned out my son had covid and Croup. They also got his age wrong… I had to correct the doctor."

"Over the last few years the facility has gotten less accommodating. When I go in for appointments, I am not taken seriously and it feels like I am being rushed out by the staff. I have had to ask for blood work when something is wrong and they do not provide answers, instead just say to keep what I am doing and maybe I will feel better. I am a pretty reasonable person and only go to the doctor's when I absolutely need to, so this feels very discouraging. The office has lost my paperwork before and I, overall, feel like my care is not important to them."
"This office is very accommodating! Anytime I have had an issue weather it be my son having a 105 degree temp at 2am or something minor that I feel needs to be addressed, the doctors are rite there to help! All of them are very nice and the staff is excellent too!! I've never had s problem with any of them being rude or in bad moods! (We are all entitled to our bad mood once in a while) but I can honestly say if they are having one it doesn't show. I recommend this place to anyone."
