The staff is respectful and have a great sense of humor. They are also reassuring during your visit. I feel safe and well cared for. I’ve been to other drs that missed a cancer right on my face which I pointed out. Not good. So check them out. Know you’ve had a solid scan and then get on with living your life. Many thanks. "Most of our experience has been with the Waterbury staff. We’ve liked everyone we’ve met. For the three or so years we’ve been going there we’ve been only treated by a Physician Assistant (PA) and not an MD. That in part is because we only want to wait 2 to 3 months to get an appointment and not wait 6 to 8 months for an MD. The Professional staff seems competent and very efficient. By efficient I mean, most of our appointments are 10 minutes or less, including an annual check up. In general, it takes months to get an appointment so book well in advance of your desired appointment."
