"Originally started there as they post Walk ins Welcome...After your first visit, Strongly Pushes for Appointments...There are good people there, but over shadowed by Overbearing, rude, incompetent senior staff...The caring compadent providers don't last long...then your thrown to the wolves without notice...If u complain the Gaslighting gets thick quickly...And believe me, that's what their best at...A real shame, because there should be no politics in medicine...I have never posted a bad review in my life, but they earned this one...In the past 2 years Plagued with incompetence...Poor communication, wrong meds, inconsistent refills, botched blood work orders, untimely tele med if at all...revolving door providers, argumentive when called out with legit concerns, blames you like all gaslighters do...Unreal...list goes on and on...S.L. your unethical -. R.B. & G.L...shame on you! There is no excuses for you....only KARMA......."

"I was a provider there, I left too chaotic , I couldn't spend appropriate time with the patients ,before a front office worker would knock on the door, advising me patient time was done, they had no clue to the complexity of the patient's health issues. I feel bad for the patients I left. The remaining providers are excellent and care. The administration is about $$$$$$$. And lack concern and compassion."

"Very friendly initially. I was assured the office does a specific examination, but upon processing for my first appointment I was told I would have to go to a specialist for that particular exam. There has been huge issues with my insurance for my wife. Erroneous information from the office manager concerning copays, deductibles and coverage. We have been waiting nearly three weeks for medical records to be faxed to her new doctors office where we ARE covered. For her two visits she was charged $30 copay for each and then realized the insurance doesn't cover due to being out of network even though we were advised we were definitely covered. The regular deductible is supposed to be $20, confirmed by a call to the insurance company. Despite numerous calls and personal visits with the office manager over the last two weeks there has been no resolution. We were not very impressed with the one and a half hour wait in the waiting room. Fortunately, we have great access to our insurance representatives and will have them rectify the issues."

"Staff is always very friendly and compassionate. When I need to make an appointment, they get me in quickly. When I explain what's going on with my health, I feel believed. A couple of days after the appointment they call to follow up and make sure things are going ok. I don't just feel like another patient being herded in and out, which is my experience with many other practices. The wait times are a little long, but not so long that it feels like a waste of time - just bring a book!"
