"The staff has made derogatory comments about the local communities. Ellsworth says Wigglers and Wiggletown are dirty. Liberal elitism at its worst. Kyrsten Kiroy, who Can't Understand Normal Thinking, thinks anyone who doesn't support liberalism isn't worth treating."

"First off, Dr. Bernotas is amazing!!! The 3 star is because Hudson Headwaters keeps taking on more and more patients. This is making it harder and harder to get into the Dr and less time being spent with patients. Also one of their receptionists answering the phone is very condescending and short. Calling to ask about an MRI I was scheduled for and she was extremely short and seemed annoyed. I had tried to send a message through the patient portal for my dr but it wasnt allowing me to do so. Otherwise, I wouldn't have wasted HER time by calling. She even hung up without even saying goodbye. Absolutely no reason to talk down or be so short to someone. This lack of time the dr's have to spend with patients makes it nearly impossible to really discuss your health. Now, the interaction with the receptionist has me thinking of pulling my family of 4 from this practice."

"Great Medical office. We had our first Covid-19 Vaccine there yesterday and they were like a fine tuned machine. They made both me and my wife feel personally cared for. Amelia our nurse was wonderful in answering all our questions and this group put our minds at ease."

"Having recently moved to Plattsburgh I was apprehensive about finding a new doctor. I didn't have to be. I have had only two appointments with Dr. Ellsworth at Hudson Headwaters Plattsburgh but the experiences were similar. As to the facility itself I give it a A+. It's clean, quiet, comfortable, and friendly. The staff are always obliging, professional, and personable. Check ins are quick, wait times for me have been short, and the process from start to finish seamless. Dr. Ellsworth himself is also outstanding. He listens, explains in plain language, and never seems pressed for time. He doesn't change medication regiments just to justify a visit. He also doesn't make you come back more than is necessary. As I said in the start of this review, I was apprehensive about a new doctor but, I didn't need to be. I feel I am in good hands."

"Very attractive...professional looking....and extremely clean facility. The staff could not be any nicer or more polite. They are all very respectful. The Nurse I have worked with is very pleasant...listens....and truly cares. The Dr. I have been seeing is very nice. He is kind and caring and very intelligent and Not threatened by the many questions I ask. He is really knowledgeable and I like him very much. Thank you to my Cardiology office for recommending this practice to me...I waited many months to switch when they opened. The facility has more than adequate parking and is in a great location. I am thankful for finding Hudson Headwaters :)"
