"Had to change my 5 star review to a 1 star after I heard that Nick had been fired. He is honest and loved his job. I know that it is thru no fault of his own. He has always been helpful every time I came in. Whether I couldn't make up my mind or if I had questions about anything. Always polite and friendly. He was the only reason I actually went there. "I won’t shop here anymore. I spent $30 on a Hyde vape a week ago and it’s already malfunctioning. This is the second vape that I’ve purchased from Smokers Den that I’ve had problems with. The first time it happened the device would continuously pull without me even using it. Now, for the second time, the bottom portion of the vape is leaking and continuously pulling again. I went in person today to let me them know about the situation and was told that they don’t do refunds. I was told that store policy is that all sales are final. I will just spend my money elsewhere"

"I never write reviews but I would be crazy if I did not give this place five stars and the best review I could. First off like the last review their prices are very amazing along with great quality! Their customer service is superb and you will not feel more at home at any other store. My first time there and it was like I knew the two owners my whole life. They made me feel like we had been friends or even family. They are seriously the best in my opinion and if you visit you WILL agree. They are not about the money. They take true pride in their business and what they do and with them you can have your cake and eat it too. They'd even wash the plate for you. What I'm saying is nowhere else have I had great prices great quality and way way more important than that great customer service you will not find anywhere else.
