"Called these people because they just bought the building I am in and have been for years to ask a question. First off, the lady who answer the phone, doesn’t even greet you how a secretary should be greeting any phone call, instead she answers with “office” and waits for you to speak. I was so confused if I was even calling the right place. Not only that, she sounds completely miserable and was so rude. It was like I was inconveniencing her with my issue. Chick, go somewhere else then and don’t be in the business where you have to deal with tenant. What a great way to start off with your new tenants. Would love to meet this secretary one day! :D"
