"they are very unprofessional. Was told I was moving into a updated apartment and that is why I had to wait over a month for it and moved into an apartment with no updates whatsoever just a steam cleaned carpet. Manager on purpose does not tell anybody that he is the manager because he does not want to deal with people that was straight from him to me after I found out that he was the manager. they have multiple sex offenders that live here and if you disagree with one thing they say they will find a way to try to evict you. I proved that they were lying in court when they try to say I did not pay some rent. Showed the judge the receipts from me paying my rent and then not even 2 days after the first of the month right after we got done with court they brought a demand for rent to me before the grace period was even over. they will lie from what I have been told by a couple other people they have gone into apartment without permission and that is from other people who live here as well. the windows are terrible they don't hold any heat or cold or anything they grow mold on them the paint peels off because the maintenance people don't know what they're doing or don't care they do the bare minimum that they absolutely have to we are looking for somewhere to live that you really don't care about great place but if you care about where you live and if you have children I would deeply suggest not coming here. They also brought falsified documents to court to try to evict me and now I will be taking them to supreme Court and sueing the ever living bejeesus out of them."
